I waited on Sunday September 25 for 45 minutes at the Green DASH stop on Meeting near Calhoun and it never came. To advertise a service that simply isn't available puts a sour taste in this visitor's mouth.

I stand at my bus stop at 5:45 AM waiting for my bus this is how i get to work, but no bus comes to the stop, i wait for 3 hours and still not one bus comes, i have called customer service several times they tell me a bus does go by my stop,yet i am the one standing at the bus stop i ask for them to send someone out here and see for them selves but they refuse to comply and will not fix the problem they refuse to believe me this has been going on for 3 weeks now causing me many problems getting to work carta is very unreliable and the drivers are very rude to all passengers if you are unhappy with your job then quit and smiling does not hurt anyone i ride bus #11 at bus stop 275 where is my BUS? This morning i contacted Carta customer service i told them about the problem they transferred me to a supervisor that tells me that the bus was there at 6:12 am but i was standing there and there was no bus why? why wont they just come out there and see for them selves they refuse to believe
