I've lived at these apartments now for a couple months and I've had friends live here and we both highly agreed this has been by far the WORST apartment complex I've ever had to deal with. You will not get anywhere with the staff. The maintenance is rude and the staff inside the office condone the maintenance mens rudeness and clearly take the maintenance mens side when I have heard them verbally attack people and spit towards people. They stare at you no matter where you are or what you're doing. For as much rent i pay, you would think this would be a great place to live but no. It's been the worst. The pool breaks or is dirty every other day. You get stickered if you are bringing in groceries for 2 minutes. Would not Recommend.

This has been without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex! Their parking regime is completely ridiculous. I have never lived at a complex where the ownership tows their own residents vehicles. It also took us 7 months to get a new washer and dryer. I would never and will never recommend this place. This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. If I could give this place 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. If I were you, I would find somewhere else to give your money to because these people are not worth it.
Poor Guthan
1st day of their new parking requirements come with no warnings, but stickers placed on the window that dont tell you what youve done, and dont come off, and honestly i thought it was a dumb prank by kids at first. Had been visiting family here for years, no problem. Theres warning someone of new parking restrictions going in place, and then theres punishing someone, thats what this sticker is. Ive seen complexes institute new parking, some warnings are handed out no biggie, these guys skip the step of warning there are new rules, and go straight to stickers blocking your view. Also a lot of crime there yet very expensive, a big porch pirate issue, thought id let future potential renters know. I used to live at evergreen across the street, take your business there.

The employee I contacted was unable to detail the process to request reasonable accommodation. They were only able to state that they get approval from the parent company, but refused to provide details about what paperwork they need, a timeline of when it would be needed, or how I would be able to provide the requested documentation. Since I was seeking to make what is regularly a complex process simpler, I wanted details of the process. Many companies have a specific contact or process for approving reasonable accommodation requests, but I am unable to discern what this company does as they are unwilling to provide the information beyond "Reasonable accommodations must go through Avenue 5 and be approved." A simple 'have a physician send us the paperwork you have' or 'we have an outside resource that verifies documentation' would have helped me prepare for the process. I find it incredibly discriminatory that Cheyenne refused to provide information on how to request reasonable accommodations.
