She has always answered the phone and is more than willing to help with any of my needs and/or answer any questions. 10/10 service and I highly recommend living here.

I've enjoyed renting apartments with Prodigy Property Management for years now, but I have been especially pleased with my time at the Riverview Lofts. A beautiful location, good construction, and exceptionally attentive building management has made my time here stress free.

I really enjoyed my time living at Riverton Lofts. My neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful to me. The area is dog friendly with two locations to help residents pick up after their dogs and a bathing facility. You are also close to the centennial trail if you like to walk or bike. The staff was always nice and ready to assist me with anything that I needed. My unit was spacious enough to have guests over and entertain. The unit had up-to-date appliances and in home washer and dryer for your convenience. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a good home.

The space in this complex is beautiful—management keeps the grounds beautiful and well maintained. Residents are held to high standards in regard to trash/animals/etc which made living there peaceful. Management has an app that makes it easy and communicate with monthly newsletters which was great. They were very nice and responsive! The downsides are that the area is very unsafe. While close to Gonzaga and semi-close to the downtown area, I never felt safe when off the property and the neighborhood has a high crime rate. I watched people attempt to break into my car and other vehicles, a woman tried to jump into my car once when driving home, and just recently a man was killed less than a block from the apartments. I felt extremely safe once on property, but not anywhere else. Location for me is important and this is something to consider. Parking was also a nightmare—most of the apartments house 2-6 residents, but there’s only one space allotted for each apartment and they aren’t guaranteed to be covered or near your actual apartment. You can rent the covered garages, but at a price. Most people park along the street which gets very packed and feels pretty unsafe as I’ve seen people attempt to break into them as mentioned above. But overall, the apartments themselves are great for a working professional or those that need to be close to the college! The spaces themselves are large and exquisite with many amenities and worth checking out. 😊
