Just moved out after living here for over 12 years. Great experience across the board during my time here. Property is well maintained and apartments are nice inside and spacious. Felt safe in this area and comfortable taking a walk around the neighborhood and time of day. The apartment manager, Darcie, has been great and any questions or concerns during my time here we're addressed immediately. Several maintenance staff workers are always onsite, and work requests were taken care of within hours (but usually literally within minutes). Only moving out because I'm relocating to the west side. Highly recommend these apartments!

All managers are good. Beautiful location next to river and centennial trail. Big and comfortable apartments. Fair price. Good kitchen. Same or next day maintenance fix any problems. Washer and dryer in units. Good parking lot.

I just visited an apt there but it was a nice one. Bathroom is roomy. Bedroom was ok but little room for dining. The kitchen is small but adequate. Guest parking stinks.
