Lauraine was a Godsend to all of us. She knew exactly what to say to guide us from panic and the unknown to calm and confidence in her ability to work with us. She conducted several group phone calls with us and an in person training session prior to the actual intervention. Lauraine assessed the needs of our loved one and answered all of our questions. Lauraine designed a plan specific for our circumstances and, with her by our side, we were able to execute her plan with an in person intervention. I will be forever grateful to her for taking us through this journey.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Lauraine. She has been our Angel through the worst times of my life. With one phone call she was there for us. 9:30am contact- had my husband in a facility by 8:30pm (on a Saturday none the less!!!) Her time, her conversation, her willingness to help and her patience is the most beautiful thing. I will forever be thankful for her. Lorraine is a very straight shooter she tells it like it is, she shows so much compassion for the men and women she works with. She loves and really really cares about their well being.she has kept our family together through a very tuff time. She has given us tools to use to help us understand and help the person she is working with. I believe picking serenity for our loved one to attend and get the help needed was the best decision we ever made.
