Horrible service The lady who ordered my glasses was in bad mood 😒

Had ordered 3 pairs of eyes glasses: everyday, computer and sun glasses. The lady who fitted glasses was absolutely no help. My vision wasn't the best in sunglasses. Took em back and was told "they just need to be fitted". Still couldn't see the best. I finally took them to the Union City Kaiser Eye care and was told "computer lenses" were put in Sunglasses. I was told it was too late to have them replaced???? Glasses aren't cheap, so I have a pair of Ray Ban computer sunglasses

Made an appointment for eye exam. Then you need another appointment for eye glass selection. (Correct !! You cannot pick a pair of eye glasses in the same trip!!! ) Then another appointment for adjustment. Yes ! Total 3 appointments (3 trips) just for a pair of eye glasses. I took my business to Lenscrafters.

First appointment was good. Next time filled my prescription but no measurements were done to center my eyes. Prescription mailed to my house. Eye strain very high and i felt something was very off. I tried rescheduling because of strain on my eyes. The guy that took my call was not sympathetic or had any empathy. I asked to speak with the doctor or manager and he let me know he was the manager. Service he provided was rude and disconnected from what patient care should be. Sad to say lenscrafters does a way better job. I placed a grievance and still had no success on getting a appointment to be able to correct my healfhcare need. Update 9/14/202. Here for my next appointment finger crossed. Its never take more then a month from appointment to prescription filled to vet this right. I hope the best today.
