This post office is ridiculous! The Carriers from here always misplace my mail. They constantly send to another address and send another Resident mail to my address. Reading is fundamental!

This particular location needs new managment, it's the worst.My package was out for delivery and I'm sitting at the window since 10am-7:03 pM literally only to get a no access update, like are u serious? I'm going to always make it known no usps.

Would like to know why they keep messing upu mail delivery. Twice this week my package was not delivered and I was home. They instead scan the package as no acess. At 7:12pm I sat there all day listening to the supervisor saying it would be delivered

Great Question!!! When tracking shows no acess it means the the delivery person went home for the day....i received hundreds of packages weekly and this happen to me so I asked the guy one day n he said when they tell him to come back the post office (because the d ont want to pay overtime etc). All packages automatically shows no access....meaning they never attempted in the first place...

Why is it so hard to receive me packages from the east orange post office? Always an issue. Poor delivery. Poor customer service. Is there anyway to get better professionals at this location?

Indeed from 8:00a - 12noon but Orange is open from 8:00a - 4:00p.

I put in a change of address over a month ago for myself and my wife who is deceased. Some of my late wife's mail is still going to our old address. I'm all the way in another state. How can I stop the carrier from delivering mail there ?

The person who lives there currently needs to put THEIR names on the mailbox and make the carrier aware of the issue. Our carriers don't always receive the change of address information we need to properly do our jobs, so the customers sometimes need to help us out.

I never ever had a packaged redelivered to me . If I don’t get the package on the delivery date then I automatically know I have to pick it up , and then it takes like half an hour to get your package once you get there
