Long story short, this property is too expensive for what it is, the company's leadership simply will not communicate with tenants directly, and I strongly encourage you not to rent here. Avenue5 Residential, LLC runs the property along with many more throughout the nation, but tracking down LLC members to express grievances and discuss any accommodations is impossible. You'll only find the CFO if you track down the company's formation documents. I say all this despite the fact that I love the on-site staff and management. The issue really is that the community is overpriced for what it is, and there's no one to transparent communication with anybody up the chain of the management structure. Have a great day! :)

The management staff is great. And they really overhauled the place this year with the renovations they did. The only reasons I don't give 5 stars are somewhat shoddy carpentry in the kitchen, and the main issue I dealt with this year. The trees in the parking lot are infested with asian stink bugs. (An invasive species) and the shoddy carpentry extends to the windows, so the stink bugs can squeeze in through the cracks, even if your window is closed! I plan to bring this to the manager's attention before the spring.

A bit overpriced, and its hard to get any communication back from the management team. They are nice when you can get a response. Best bet is to just go into the office face to face. The remodel is decent but their could be more hallway lighting. The trash compactor leaves much to be desired trash will pile up on the weekends as residents are not to actually compact the trash (insurance thing I guess) and staff who are able too are off shift. I do love the location right on the river and close to the MAC. However unless prices drop I probably won't renew for the reasons above. (Also full disclosure, I am being bribed with a gift card drawing which is why I am writing this review)

Great management, they are very understanding especially in these hard times, a little too pricy for what's offered, but as they remodel I'm sure you'll eventually get more bang for your buck. Plumbing is okay, heatings great. My only true complaint is the garbage compactor not working/being too full nd garbage being piled up in the parking lot

Rent is due every month on the first. You can pay your rent online directly through your resident portal or rent cafe app. We also accept checks in the office and participate in the WIPS payment program.
