I have yet to actually tour this place. I set a tour for 2 weeks ago. I come I showed up on time and the leasing office person never showed up. I got no call or email for cancellation. I live an hour away so taking time from my day to plan these tours are not easy. I call back to schedule another tour and the lady at the front desk is asking for an ID. I just lost my ID and have been waiting on a new one. I present the paperwork from the MVA but that’s not good enough. When I called to set up a tour I was never informed I would need to have my ID just to get a tour. I’m already getting a run around and I haven’t even filled out an application.

The property staff is VERY friendly. They address any issues in a timely manner. The building is relatively quiet and the neighbors are also friendly.

I really love living at The Avondale. 10th floor view, spacious upgraded apartment (counters/floors/appliances), gym in the building, concierge service, package service, great staff, other tenants are friendly, downstairs lobby like a luxury hotel, hallways are vacuumed a couple times a week, and ample parking. This is a great place to live and I am happy to call it home.

Honestly this place drives my crazy. I swear to GOD I would have left here this year if inflation was not crazy like this… I call down because MY AC HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS IN 91 degree weather. I do not pay 100$ a month for my AC not to work…. I get told to STOP TALKING on the phone as I am explaining very calmly as to why I am calling and checking on my maintenance request AGAIN. Tomorrow is Memorial Day my ONE FREE DAY AND I REFUSE TO BE STUCK IN HERE WITH NO AC BECAUSE THEY TOO LAZY TO CHECK ON ANYTHING BEFORE THEIR OFF DAY. The customer service here is actually disgusting.. Sorry I interrupted your Netflix shows Clarence.. that’s all his as do down there anyways is watch Netflix….. SOOOO i am back a week later and guess who did not have AC again for the past two days.. ME! This place is driving me insane if something happens again im going to have to open a case to end my lease early because I can’t do this anymore … I am on medication for surgery and I can’t continue to sleep in a 80+ degree environment aka MY APARTMENT I PAY FOR MONTHLY TO HAVE WORKING APPLIANCES, absolutely unacceptable.. Guess who comes home and has no AC STILL after calling the office and checking on my tickets and then telling me it’s closed.. I called emergency maintenance TWICE still nothing… I’m at a loss for words at this point and don’t know what to do….
