Dear DMV, I have a suggestion for you. Please move the appointment line and no appointment line the other way around. Because people are always waiting on the appointment side. People without appointments can sit on the benches and they can use building shadows from the sun. People with appointments are waiting less than 5 min but other people waiting more than 1 hr. Also if you do it, all signs will be visible. Because people are blocking the signs now. I hope you will read it and change it sooner Thanks

In my opinion this is the best DMV in Orange County. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Even when it is busy it runs pretty smooth. The best part is the security guard! I have had the joy of having to make multiple trips to the DMV recently 🤪 and each time she has been smiling and jovial while she is working hard to keep things moving along. Very friendly and seems totally sincere. But don't try to get one past her cuz she doesn't miss a beat!

I came here because my I didn't get my ID that I renewed online. But coming here wasnt so bad! And I didn't even had an appointment and yet it was pretty quick considering being a DMV. I also got a really nice lady, which I am lucky because I've seen a lot of reviews about people having bad atittudes😟 but overall it was a very decent visit! I do recommend it:3

Quick service with an appointment for a DMV office. I was in and out in 30 minutes for a Real ID renewal. No problem finding parking in their sizable lot.
