Last time I come here. They've changed in the last 4-5 months. Hector in intake is quick to overcharge and not understand what your needs are and Edgardo in receiving is the same way with half drying and when you ask them if they can redo, he throws a fit and doesn't want to do it. Not sure what happened to Javier but he was really communicative and courteous. I canceled the membership I had with them but would still drive here for the service...not anymore.

We have been coming to this car wash for the past year, and bought the monthly membership. Edgar is the manager and he is so helpful. The staff are kind and hard working. We always have a positive experience. This is definitely a gem in the South OC area.

I just got a $150 car wash and clay wax done to my vehicle here, and they did absolutely nothing to my undercarriage of my vehicle. It looks great on the exterior and interior, however the undercarriage is still just as dirty as when I brought it in. This is the reason for three stars and not five
