This was our 1st time purchasing from Jerome's. It will be our last time too. We went to the store and bought a coffee table and an end table. We were told we would get a call the night before to tell us when to expect the delivery. Never got a call, they did email but who expected an email? When the furniture finally arrived the coffee table had to be put together, which was not explained to us. While putting the table together the wood trim was damaged and the table was not made correctly so the legs did not fit together correctly. Instead of telling us this the delivery people brought the damaged piece into our home as though we would accept it like that. We had to refuse the table. We were told that we would have a new table ordered and delivered to us. The next day we received an email telling us that the table was now back ordered. There was no information as to when we would expect it. So I assume we should just hope it appeared someday. We decided that there was no way we would take this type of service or the table. It turns out that there is no way to call the store directly so you have to call customer service. I called 1st thing this morning and was told it would take 8 min for someone to answer the call. After waiting 30 mins I decided my time was worth more then this waiting. This is when I found out you cannot talk to the store. I called back and was finally talking to a person. I explained what happened and told her I wanted to cancel the order. She then informed me she didn't have the permissions to cancel the order and a manager had to do it. Why would you have someone answer phones that have no control over giving service. We are now hoping that the order is cancelled which who knows based on their disorganization I figure we will call back to make sure.

Had been looking for recliners for several days. Wasn’t going to stop because I didn’t think they would deliver to my location in Palm Desert. Guess what they would and they had the recliner I wanted in the absolute perfect color. Also let me say our sales person George was outstanding!! Easy, no pressure, informative and polite. Thank you George and Jerome’s.

We ordered two mattresses that were in stock and would be delivered 2 days later. 4 hour window was pushed back at the last minute, but we would be gone, so I called and rescheduled for another day. They still tried to deliver when we were gone. New scheduled day of delivery: They are a no show. Called the next day and cancelled the order. I just don't understand how their communication is so miserable. I would avoid Jerome's considering the number of options out there.

I like the fact that they had what I needed in Stuck! They will deliver in two days. Their prices are very good and Christian Arcadia is very helpful and he did a wonderful job assisting us. You just need to be sure you like the stuff because the only time you can return is upon delivery and there is a charge and after that the stuff is yours! So shop wisely.
