Man, I'm planning to get a lifetime allignment but with all the reviews in here I changed my mind 😂 Now that answered my curiosity why there's not that much car at the parking lot.

I went here with a clicking noise in the front drivers door area. I am a woman who worked in auto repair, but didn't tell them this. I told them it sounded like something broke loose and was flapping in the wind. Flapped harder when I drove faster, maybe in the door panel area. They told me it would be ready the next day. They called and told me it would be one more day. It was a wheel bearing that needed replaced. I was surprised because this did not match what I had heard, but told them to go ahead and fix it if they were sure that was the prob. Not fixed. Ultimately they kept my car for 6 days, I had to call every day. No follow up. Finally I picked up my car, paying almost 500.00 for the bearing! I got in the car and got the same clicking sound! I then took it to the Honda Dealer and they identified that it was a 100.00 part holding in the windshield which had stretched and was flapping at the drivers identified window. I went back to Firestone and told them the 500.00 dollar mistake they made. The manager agreed to talk to his boss and call me that day with a possible refund. 5 days later...no call.

Spent my good half day, took 3 hours to change 2 tires with appointment at a tire focused tire center still is a mystery and not a very smart business idea. Good luck.
