Positive: Great location and friendly staff. Negative: After staying at this hotel twice now, I must note that the water pressure in the showers is borderline unacceptable. The flow is so weak you will have to spend a minimum of twice your regular amount of time to wash your hair.

Positive: $25 security deposit. one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Front desk is always friendly, and checking in is always easy. Close to food, and freeway. Negative: Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all.

Positive: Exceed CDC guidelines for hygiene and safety!! Near a shopping center but t need to drive to it! A few restaurants near but need to drive to them!! Near freeway entrances! Also no parking charges!! Negative: The representative of the facility was being helpful by booking us a room near the entrance at the back of the resort but all night I heard guests using their key card To unlock the door to enter building!

My car was towed!!! It cost me $565.00 to get my car out of the impound lot. That was not my big frustration. My first frustration originated out of NO ONE being able to tell me why I was not contacted. I registered late in one of the 7 ADA rooms. I did not leave the hotel. (Seven quick phone calls, asking the night crew) My second frustration originated from not finding anyone to drive me to the impound lot. Not one taxi responded. My husband asked a friend of his to take me the next day. My third frustration originated from having no car and no food. Did I mention I was diabetic? I mentioned this to the hotel Assistant Manager. I was not even offered a protein bar----nothing. Did I mention the restaurant and bar were closed? Not only was I frustrated, I now had a headache. Would I stay here again? NO Sonesta wants their guests to feel good staying at one of their properties. Do I feel good? NO Sonesta wants their team members to "communicate honestly". Did anyone communicate with me....NO!!! Sonesta wants to be "synonymous with unrivaled hospitality". Huh????? What did you say??? Did I experience this.....This gets a HELL NO.
