Came looking for some new pants for work and right off the bat Ms. Shirley made sure to make me feel right at home with a smile that lit up the room. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly, they directed and found my sizes right away. The store is clean and very organized. This has to be the best scrub store in the area! From the moment I entered the store, Arlene immediately greeted and attended to me, asking about what I was looking for and what were my preferences. She then directed me to every area of the store where I could find certain items, she continuously checked on me when I was trying on clothes and switched out items for me when they didn't fit. She made suggestions about various cuts and sizes of different label scrubs and seemed to have the answers for every question I had. After spending over 2 hours of pretty much acting as my personal shopper, she then helped me place a special order for items that were not available at the moment. For not only assisting me through the necessary evil of updating to a new scrub color mandated by my hospital employer, but actually making it a surprisingly painless experience, there are no words...except Thank you Arlene!! You are a huge asset to Scrubs & Beyond!!!
