As we walked in Eric greeted us and asked what we were interested in. We were leaning towards electric cars around that time keeping in mind the fuel prices. He showed what electric models Chevy offered and explained every small detail. As we were not very happy with the cost and size of the electric vehicle. Eric understood and showed us few models. He was super patient, offered for us to take a test drive. Interactions with him didn't even feel like a sales person, it felt like a friend/ well wisher. We didnt want to decide on the very day and thus went to other showrooms. But some how felt like the stars aligned and we wanted to deal with Eric, so we called the very next day and brought a fuel vehicle that we are very happy with. Eric is the go to person for cars no other Sales Rep gave us the same experience as he did.

I must admit I am overwhelmed by the amount of customer service I experienced during my whole car/ truck buying process. Eric was amazing from the beginning with the personalized video showing me the truck to taking the time to answer all my crazy questions to following up to help us close the deal after coming down with covid.
