After a terrible experience with another lawyer, I quickly found relief when Michelle and Terence took on my case. They continued to keep me updated and answer any questions I may of had. I easily become anxious and overwhelmed when it comes to financial stress or debt so I’m sure I was a little more high maintenance than the average client. That being said, I never once felt that way. This law firm is very charismatic and hospitable, from the front desk receptionist to the lawyers themselves. Terrance is very intelligent and gets the result$ you want! However, he couldn’t do it without Michelle; she is very reliable and informative about any uncertainty you may come across. She made this very stressful experience quite convenient, I will forever be grateful and will always recommend them to anybody I come in contact with.

I was in a car accident in 2020 I was rear ended and my car was totaled. Tim was able to settle with the other parties insurance and obtain the full policy amount in under two years! During the process I wanted to give up and accept the initial offer but Tim was able to obtain a much higher settlement. I was always able to speak with Ms.Gladys about any concerns I had . Ms. Gladys is very professional and efficient. Thank you Tim and Gladys!!

Riding my bicycle to work one day. Traveling through the cross walk while the the walk sign was on. A car turning right on red didn't see and unfortunately struck me. Greg and Jessica handled my cace and i couldn't be more thankful! They referred me to the best doctors and made sure I was okay. Their main concern was my health and that means everything. Once they heard I was aye okay they handled my case and got it settled in a few months! They truly care and it shows!

In May of this year one of my brand new vehicles was involved in an accident that totaled my 2020 F150. I had obtained the proper insurance through my carrier prior to the purchase, however due to an error caused by a new employee at my Insurance Agents Office, the proper coverages were not added. As a result my insurance company rightly denied the claim, leaving me with a truck that still had a lien, so I couldn't even scrap it. At first the Agency was sympathetic and responsive. Having dealt with them for 7 years, they understood their mistake and wanted to quickly get me a rental vehicle while they investigate their options with my insurance carrier. After two weeks of the Agency not returning my calls or emails, I hired a lawyer to contact their legal team. The attorneys response was that I didn't add the coverage, and it was Not the fault of the new agent. My attorney advised me that she was unable to handle a case like this and forwarded me to a second attorney who could better attack the situation. The second attorney told me it would cost me more to litigate this situation than I owed on the truck and I should just pay it off and take the loss. At this time the Agency changed there statement, no longer was their stance that I did not add the coverage, they decided their new stance was that I DECLINED the option. I could not stand by and accept that. It was then that I contacted Greg Perenich. When I say this guy took over, I'm telling you. First, he had my truck taken out of the salvage yard that was currently charging me per day. Greg and his brothers graciously allowed my truck to be stored in their parking lot until this was resolved. I think the truck was in lot before I even got off the phone with him. Weeks of negotiation with the agency's attorneys resulted in them taking it on the chin and writing me (or Greg) a check to go away. A check that reimbursed me for the full value of my truck, which lets be honest, the insurance company probably wouldn't have given me that much had the agency applied the correct coverage initially. It also reimbursed me for all attorney fees, towing, salvage and every other expense I had. To think he got all this done before he even could file the suit, shows how effective his pretrial negotiations can be. Saving me a year and a half more of dealing with this while it went to trial. Best advise call Perenich Law Group first, you'll save so much time, stress, and money. James Sarantopoulos President Top Pest Elimination, Inc.

Best lawyers!!!
You want to find an attorney who has years of experience handling these kinds of cases and who’s not afraid to take a case to trial. There are a lot of attorneys out there. Some billboards are plastered with faces of attorneys and there are radio ads and TV ads for them, but a lot of advertisement does not reflect the quality of an attorney. This is perhaps the most important decision that you can make because it determines the absolute outcome of the case. Look to the attorney’s qualifications, experience, and their willingness to take the case all the way to trial.
I’ve been asked, “Is it okay to give a recorded statement to the insurance company?” The answer is unequivocally no. Do not engage in a dialogue with the insurance company. The insurance company has one goal, and that is to settle the claim with the least amount of effort and money. Some of them will send investigators right to the scene with a check in hand to offer to the client. Don’t take that money and don’t communicate with the insurance company. It’s better that you contact an attorney first so that we can talk about your case, and we will assist in a discussion with the insurance company to protect your interests.
Sometimes the reason why clients call us is because they realize that they’re going to be faced with medical bills that they didn’t plan for and they’re concerned about that. We prosecute these claims in the Tampa Bay area. We will recover the payment of medical bills from the at-fault driver’s insurance company. That can be a lot of different things. It can be even with one’s own insurance company through uninsured motorist coverage. Under no circumstances will we ever give up on making sure that our client’s medical bills are properly paid for by the responsible party. That means that our clients should not worry about the medical bills, and they should focus on getting better and taking care of themselves and their family through this difficult time. Let us worry about getting your medical bills paid for.
When I meet with new clients, I am frequently asked how much an automobile accident injury claim is worth. When we look at that, we’re not going to have a complete understanding when we meet with the client at the very beginning of the case. What I would tell you if you were asking me that question is we’re going to need to know the extent of your injuries. We’re going to need to know if those injuries are of a permanent nature. Is there a mental anguish or phycological component to those injuries where there’s mental suffering because of that? Sometimes that’s something that happens when a person has physical injuries. We’re also going to look to see how much the medical bills and expenses are that you owe for incurring reasonable and appropriate medical care and treatment. We’re going to have to have a reasonable estimation of what the future costs for those injuries are to medically and appropriately treat them.
You may be wondering, “What are the main steps that we need to undertake to be able to pursue this claim successfully?” You need to get good medical care and treatment for your injuries. Not just for your case but because you need to know that your health is way more important than your wealth. We want to make sure that you are getting good medical care and treatment by the very best medical professionals in the community here. We’re going to be discussing that with you to make sure that indeed you are getting that medical care and treatment, and you’re following a plan of care.
People often ask how a bicycle claim is different than a car accident. It’s an interesting question because, on the one hand, there are certain similarities that a bicycle claim has to a car accident case. There’s a four-year statute of limitations. We still have the same burden of proving negligence. It’s also different because, in Florida, motor vehicles have a reasonability to watch out for pedestrians and bicyclists. It’s really important that you talk to an experienced trial attorney who can take on the case, gather the evidence, and properly prosecute the claim.
You may be asking yourself, “How do I know if I’ve selected the absolute best car accident attorney?” You should look at the person’s web page, check out their experience, and their history. Someone who comes right out of law school may or may not appreciate all the nuances that are involved in a car accident case. Some attorneys may spend a lot of money advertising on radio, television, or billboards. That does not make them the best attorney. We take special pride in how much we care about our clients. We want to help them in the best way possible. We aggressively approach the case, not just in terms of collecting evidence, but also in terms of our discussions with the adjusters and our presentation of the case at trial.
