I went to visit my best friend this past weekend and her apartment was miserable! She had the air set at 65° and it’s was 78° in that place! She has called multiple times to try and have it fixed but they keep telling her nothing is wrong with the AC unit. Are you serious?!!? How can they expect people to live like this and still pay rent?! I think she should without payment until the issue is fixed!!!

I've lived at The Ridge going on 3 years and have had nothing but the best experience. Apartments are super spacious, and location is great. Office staff is always on top of everything, and Regan is very attentive if I ever need anything! I would recommend The Ridge to anyone and will be renewing! 🙂

Regan, Pam, and Brooke did a Fabulous job with my move in and I’m happy to call this place my home! I can count on anything to get done in a timely manner with the maintenance.

Management seems nice and they try to be on top of things. There is a bug problem in some of the buildings and they come in and treat but there are a ton of dead bugs on the wall it's disgusting. I pay 10$ extra for a storage unit I dont want to use because if I go down stairs the bugs fly on you. During the summer they advertise the big pool at the office they even fill the pool up but it was not open at all. I even spoke with tenants that lived here before me and they said it has never been open. I also asked to utilize the fire pit at the office and I cant utilize that either. I don't think it is worth the monthly amount for what we get. The area seems calm and quiet which is the best part. At this point you will just be paying for the location.
