I can highly recommend Kelly Reserve! We had lived for 3 years and truly enjoyed the apartment! Super clean, great amenities, friendly management stuff and dog friendly! Ashley is the best!

We lived in this complex for 7 months while looking for a house to buy and these apartments were beautiful, very nice and spacious. These are the nicest apartments we've lived in. We felt very safe in this complex. Some units have attached garages that are spacious and the complex also has detached garages. The maintenance team was very prompt and friendly and Erin (in the office) was great to work with. This complex is very quiet and, unfortunately for us, had very few families/children. We have two small children and were disappointed to find out the complex doesn't have a playground or many kids living there. This may be a perk to others but I wished we would have known as we were looking for a family-oriented complex.

I did extensive research last year before considering my move to Kelly Reserve. All the reviews about how quick maintenance staff reacts, how professional the office personnel is, and how quiet and clean the community is was accurate! I have been living in my apartment since Jan 2021. Every question I've asked from the office staff (Erin Hubbard you're the best!) was kindly quickly answered, every maintenance request I've submitted has been fixed correctly promptly, and I absolutely love the layout and open floorplan of my apartment. High ceilings, built in accents throughout my unit, and nice flooring. Let's also mention the space between buildings. I enjoy the fact that the streets aren't overcrowded with street parking and there's enough room for my guests to park in front of my garage or utilize visitor parking. Smart thermostat and garage door opener allows you to operate from your cell phone. I'm very happy I made the decision to call this place home. If you're looking for a place that is spacious, up to date, well kept grounds, great maintenance, and staff that considers their tenants important...this is it!! 😉

We lived at Kelly Reserve in a 2 bed 1 bath with an attached garage for 1 year . The apartment was very open and bright with vaulted ceilings which made it seem much bigger . We had a great balcony view overlooking a large grassy hill behind us which was nice . It also provided a fantastic space for our 3 year old to run around outside ! The grounds were always kept very clean and the office staff & maintenance were both fantastic . We had the lowest electricity bills at this apartment out of any apartment complex we’ve lived in, which has been several. The building was very quiet, we never heard any noise from another apartment ever . So why only four stars? The only thing we disliked was the carpets in the apartment . From the day we moved in the carpet always looked like it had stains all over it, and just made our place look dirty. The other issue was with the kitchen, it had very little useable counter space or cupboard space compared to other places we have lived . Other than that , we loved it there.
