My son broke his arm on a Sunday morning. Went to 828 for the first time and left so impressed that from now on we will go there before our primary care doc. The cost and time savings were impressive but the QUALITY of care we received was what will bring us back. Thanks!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at any urgent care center. The office staff and PA were so friendly and professional. The nurse took time to talk to my young daughter to help her feel more comfortable. We were seen and treated in less than an hour. I wish we found this place sooner!

I was very sick. Called in to see if I could be tested. They said I could come in an hour and they would call me to come into the office. I pulled up in my car and waited a little while. Then they called me to come in. I tested positive for omicron. The doctor was very nice and attentive. I was very happy with the whole visit. Thank 828!!

The appointment was rather timely and I waited in my car in the parking shortly before the appointment. When they were ready for me, they called me, I went right in and immediately got tested. I appreciated the convenience and timeliness of their service. I will use 8-2-8 Urgent Care again.

Yes, you can be seen as a self pay patient. The office visit is $125 and any other test, procedures or x-rays recommended would be quoted to you before performed.
It's been a while since I was in and may depend on the situation, but if I recall correctly it was around $130.
Eulalia, we do not have the PCR test for travel. We are doing the rapid covid but it is Molecular and antigen.
Hello Tiffany, We would be happy to see you but as an Urgent Care we are limited on what we can do for tooth pain. If that is what the provider diagnosis you with! We can give you a referral to a dentists at that time as well.
They have x-rays, but I'm not sure about ultrasounds.
I don't think so
Jay Lyn it really depends on what is going on with your eyes, if you have an infection then we can prescribe medication for the infection. We are open 8 am to 8 pm everyday
Best to call as prices do change.
We do have reduced self-pay fees for patients without insurance. Unfortunately, we do not have any payment plans for fees. All fees are due at the time of service in full. Thank you,
Yes, we do accept Medicare. If it is a Medicare/ Medical (Medi/Medi) plan we do not bill Medical, only medicare.
We are more than happy to see you. As long as your PPO insurance is not through Covered California, we are able to bill through it. Whether you are seen here or elsewhere, the important thing is to make sure you are seen and evaluated so you can start feeling better.
Im not sure u should call them.
No, we are not in contract with medi-cal
