Fantastic exxperience and the after sales support has been tremendous. They helped me with my problems when I tried to save money by filling with well water instead of muni water and i have had no problems in over two years of hard use on my tub. Loving my Hot Spring Spa; excellent experience from picking out the right one to meet my needs to delivery and eventually enjoying my spa. Of course had to wait given the Covid supply chain issues but that was known up front and came right on time.
