Its a injury place seems like a ER. Anywho, so they took forever almost three hours so i could do my physical test and drug test for my new position. The place is under remodeling outside however, the test area is very bad managed in terms of cleaneness needeles to write a urine sample was left by the sink where you wash your hands for the test. The Dr. Was attentive however, i asked for assistance beforehand and they never went to the room.

The staff here was very friendly, everyone was nice, polite, and apologized for the wait. They even had snacks because of the high wait times. Having said that, it was clear they were not sufficiently staffed. Snacks are a stopgap, not an actual solution to the problem of high wait times. They should take appointments if they are going to operate with so few employees. I waited over an hour for a physical for work, then had an issue with my test results being sent accurately to my employer. Overall, I would never choose to come here again and I have asked my employer to change who they contract with in the future.

Front desk personnel rude, bullying behavior, rolled eyes, threatening looks, made copies of physical for my job and whited out half of document needed, in an attempt to not provide everything I needed for my visit out of sheer spite. Let manager know but wasn't responsive. As a nurse, not only is this is unacceptable behavior should have been punished.

Had a 1000 AM appointment for just a simple HIV Draw (annual military requirement) and was on time. I had to wait 1 hour in the waiting room with my wife and newborn child. My recommendation is that the office plan for walk ins using historical data and account for that in their amount of appointment slots. They should also give priority to appointment holders excluding priority urgent cases.

It depends on what you go in for. Urgent cares and physicals for work can be walk-ins, but call first
Only walk in here if you want to waste an afternoon in their waiting room.
