Fraud property manager/management; stay away from this apartment!!! I would give 0 star if I could. I have lived in multple apartment, probably changed 12-15 apartments in my life.This is the worst management company I had experinced with. Before this new management bought this apartment, owner/manager were very nice. While I lived here for 30 months, new management bought it and management and manager was changed. This is 30-35 years old aparment, where hardwood (lamination), kitchen tops are old. We had all the photos of the move in date, then when we moved out, we took all the pictures and they were in similar condition (just little bit wear and tear after 30 months stay). We cleaned and left the apartment and left keys in mailbox (thats what we always did with other apartment). They sent me $1200 bill after 2 months, and I sent them bill/water bill and emailed them all the move in and move out pictures. I tried to call manager 3 times, always receptionist answered (who is a nice lady by the way), but manager never called me back or answered my call. I thought it was fine and moved on with my life as I emailed them and paid what I owe them for water/electricity. After 5 months my credit score went from 820 to 731, I was suprised what happened. and tried to figure out, called the collection agency and found out these people sent it to collection agency. I was trying to sue them, but I had moved to other city and could not use lawyer since it was in small claim court. Long story short, paid to collection agency and asked them to delete it from my history and got my credit score back. These people did not even send me second letter or tried to contact me, just sent it straight to collection which I did not owe them. This manager or this new management company, whoever is responsible is a scam artist. Please stay away from this apartment.

Multiple service requests with heat not working. They’ve come to look at it multiple times and it was still not fixed. I went in today since no one in the office has replied back to me via email, after sending screenshots of the thermostat, I also got a thermometer to see how cold my bedroom was and it said 65°It’s come to the point where it’s not livable here and also my electric bills are outrageously high!! and was told that everyone has has this same problem of the heat not working and also because the walls are very thin here. The only solution they have given me is space heaters. I liked the location, but it’s not livable here in the winter. Currently have a cold from being in my own apartment.

We've been here 2 months and so far so good! Will and Amber were nothing short of great during the move in process and beyond. Got the chance to meet Jen today and she is equally kind and amazing! The apartments are spacious and the garages are a big plus. There is also a community garden that we absolutely love!

Quiet, well-maintained complex in a great location. I've only had one work order in the year I've been here and it was handled right way and the maintenance staff do a great job of keeping the grounds clear. I'd have to disagree with previous posts on the new management. I'm not home as much as others to be fair, but I do know the cars in no parking areas, residents being allowed to put up their own fences, and dogs barking were happening long before they took over. If anything, IMO the new management has made the transition as smooth as possible. I've been at places where online payments were down for several months or the property appearance suffered while the new management was getting settled, but none of that was the case. Most of my interaction with the new management has been with Amber, who has been extremely personable and professional. I'd highly suggest checking this place out. Even the negatives listed above occurred so infrequently that they barely registered with me.
