I rented an apartment here for an 11 month time period. This was also the first place I had ever rented before, and the people here such a huge help. The staff here is FULL of fantastic women in the office. Amy, has been such a blessing in so many ways from actually leasing to helping me even after my move to Texas. This complex is great. Would definitely recommend!

I am exhausted and frustrated with the lack of care that this management puts forth. We have asked on countless occasions since we have moved in for our lawn to be taken care of. It never gets addressed when the lawn company is here... I understand that it falls partly on the lawn staff but the condition of our yard is now a warm home for insects and bugs; not to mention we are paying monthly for it. Additionally, the staircase is extremely unsafe and is falling apart on multiple steps. Last summer, they added some jerry-rigged welding to support the severe rusting that is occurring. I'm sad to see that this is happening in south Overland Park. Please look elsewhere if you want a safe and clean environment.

My significant other and I recently moved into Aventura at Clear Creek and had an easy journey finding the perfect apartment with Amy's help! She made moving into our first apartment together a happy and exciting experience. We're already happy and comfortable in our new home - as are the cats!

I really have enjoyed all of the staff here. They have done so much to help get us settled in. Amy in the office is such a sweetheart! She gave us a list of amazing places to go while we are living here! I couldn’t be happier with the amenities! The countertops and the large closets are AMAZING!!
