No complaints on my end. Never had an issue hearing any of my neighbors above or beside me, ever. Maintenance was good. The one time my A/C went out it was fixed the next morning. Clean complex all around.

I've lived at the Dunes for nearly 3 years. Very nice apartment. The office and maintenance staffs have always been friendly and quick to address any maintenance issues I've had. Plan on living here for a long time.

About a year ago by review would be raving, however, at this moment I'm sitting a apartment that has not had air for almost seven days. I understand that a few days of that was due to shipping, but my unit has has now been here two days, so they are without excuse besides they are short on people? I feel I'm due a discount this upcoming month one my rent and I need to know when it will completed. The office and maintenance have failed to call me back after several messages I have left.

I've lived here for just over a year and I love it. Our space is great, with an up to date look, lots of storage, and great appliances (including the in-unit washer and dryer!). The maintenance crew consistently solves the occasional problem same-day. The small gym on site saves me money every month and the staff has been adding equipment and making improvements. The only complaint I have is the higher than average utility bills in the winter. Those get pricey when there's a particularly cold month. I would recommend living here to any of my friends (and I have :).
