Rude lady on the phone. Gave me a quote didn't tell me about appointments or special equipment needed. She was quick to quote me but not to explain. I rather pay double the price than deal with a company with someone that unprofessional. Lost me as a customer for life!

I've been dumping here for almost a decade the staff is always friendly and helpful all rules are posted clearly and the dump floor isn't a complete mad house with tones of trucks. Only gripe i would have is, is that there not open later.

Isn’t this facility supposed to be open on Saturdays for bulk drop offs for Plantation residents? Because when you google the place it says that it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Could you please advise?
