Greg was a trusted and informed advisor throughout the entire journey. The decedent passed intestate (no will in place) and Greg was able to walk me through the entire process, answering my many questions along the way. The whole process went smoothly and without delay. It was an emotional journey, but having Greg to guide me through it was a blessing and a comfort. I would highly recommend him to anyone who would need to settle a will or probate in FL. Thank you Greg.

I highly recommend Gregory W Kabel. I was very blessed to find him. It can be very intimidating to try to find a Probate Lawyer. I knew the first time we had are consultation I wanted Greg to be my Probate Attorney for the recent passing of my brother. I liked that Greg had a very calm disposition. I was the Personal Representative of my recent passing of my father so I knew what is involved in Probate. I did not want to do the Personal Representative of my brother so Greg told me he also can be the Personal Representative. I have another brother and a sister we trusted and had full confidence In Gregory W Kabel. Linda Deere

Everyone 18 or older needs to have an estate plan. At a minimum, it should include a Will, a Durable Power of Attorney and Advance Healthcare Directives. As circumstances for each individual & family differ, additional estate planning tools, such as a specific type of Trust, may also be recommended. You want to work with an estate planning attorney who will listen to your situation and then jointly develop with you the plan that meets your needs.

What are the different types of probate in Florida?

There are three types of probate administrations where legal representation is required: Summary Administration, Ancillary Administration and Formal Administration. The probate process applicable to a given case depends on the decease’s residency, size of the estate and how long ago the deceased passed away.
