Nice living space with a beautiful view of the sun rise and pond. Friendly neighbors and a friendly staff that are quick to help if needed. I enjoy being able to walk with or with out my dog around the pond encountering duck, geese and other wild life. I’ve been more then satisfied with mail delivery and the staffs ability to sort through and notify me when ready. Last thing I’ll touch on is the work out facility it’s not flashy or the biggest gym but it’s perfect for the dumbbell work I do.

The management are very attentive and greets me by name. Helps me with packages if they are too heavy. Maintenance are very quick to respond for anything I report. I do find a few residents that are play by the book a bit too much. Overall, I love my home.

We were placed in the complex for corporate relocation. The maintenance issues were a nightmare from the start. Our toilet overflowed multiple times a week and after 8 months they finally agreed to replace the toilet. Additionally, our ac unit broke in the middle of the summer. It took them weeks to replace the unit while we paid a fortune to run a window unit. After move out we received a bill for outlandish fees. DO NOT rent from them, the leasing office is completely unprofessional and the complex is outdated with constant issues.

I would recommend against living in the community. The apartment I was given was in poor condition. The condition of the kitchen cabinets was atrocious. They were chipped and sustained significant water damage. The top areas of the cabinets were dirty, likely from cooking. The dishwasher needed multiple repairs and continued to emit an awful, mildew type smell throughout my stay. The window frames were very dirty. The master bathroom vanity also sustained significant water damage. The toilets were poorly cleaned and had significant build up that was extremely difficult to remove. The master bathroom tub was old and discolored. The surrounding area where the water heater was located in the laundry room was dirty. When I vacated the apartment, they charged me $75 to acid wash the dingy, old tub. When I explained that it was in poor condition when I arrived, they said I should have taken photos and insisted on charging me $75 to clean it. I took pictures of the cabinets because t was alarmed by their condition, which is something a new tenant shouldn’t have to do. My advice is to be cautious and photo document anything that appears to be old, damaged and in poor condition. I blame myself for taking the apartment, but I was in a hurry to find a place.
