Seemed like a great service for a great price, at first. Inevitably however, I would give 0 stars if I could. Currently been on hold for 30 minutes. I've been trying to get WIFI for 2 months now and unfortunately CenturyLink is the only available WIFI in my area. Calling because the bill that they charged me 2 weeks before actually setting up my modem is over twice as much as they told me it would be. They wanted to charge $80 to plug in 2 wires to a modem, and not including that, my bill is $164 for my first month. The technician skipped my house entirely despite me setting my day aside and patiently waiting in the living room all day, and then lied about showing up. When he finally actually came a week later I had to crawl under the house and do the work myself, and they charged me anyway. Nothing has been easy with them. seems like every time I make any progress, I find myself waiting on hold with customer support again, and again. The WIFI speed isn't even worth the effort or money, even having the wire directly plugged into my PlayStation. I've lost count of how many times I've had to call for customer support and every time is like they make a real effort to prevent any meaningful help. CenturyLink makes me miss unlimited data. If you have the options, anything is better than CenturyLink. Update: It took an hour and seven minutes to finally get someone on the line to wave the fees.

Yes, and they will charge you $200 even when you explicitly clarify 4 times that you won't be charged.
