I have not seen a Dentist yet ,however, I need to see one ASAP. The receptionist Samantha was extremely kind and helpful letting me know when they have walk-in hours. Additionally, she told me which Doctor uses nitrous oxide as I need that. I feel that Samantha went above and beyond her normal duties as well as maing me feel like i was important Therefore, after I do my walk-in and request the Doctor she told me to request, I will be a regular patient. Before calling them, I called other places that take my insurance and their receptionists were more business like

I had a dental emergency and needed care for a broken tooth which is cutting my tongue and making my unable to swallow anything. I was given an appointment for three months out. Unbelievable! I got the strong impression they just didn't care. I would never recommend this office, not even to my worst enemy.

Horrible service, do not ever get you in for treatment, will make you come in super early wait all day then only give you an exam if you even get in, then charge's your insurance, gets the money and schedules your treatment months away and one of the worst and most rude receptionist who always sends you somewhere who can never help you worst customer service and care or treatment ever!!! Just a nightmare do not go there they are con artists!!!!

You can't get an appointment sooner than five months in advance. Five months. Not enough dentists for the people. But the receptionists are friendly and professional, and the dentists are friendly and do a good job. Same with the assistants. They could sure use some better equipment, though.
