I've been to a handful of lash bars here and in California, but I'll never go to another since I've been to Envy Lash. Tina and her staff have a way of combining professionalism, courtesy, talent, consideration, inclusion and compassion into this beautiful atmosphere that makes you feel at home or amongst long time friends. Everytime I leave there I look amazing and feel like I was part of a Bulls game in the 90's and Tina was MJ!

I’ve never gotten my lashes done here before but I follow one of the girls that works here on instagram and I saw them posting that they where out for drinks in the middle of the work day…so i’m assuming they had clients right after. Super unprofessional ladies.

I made an appointment for eyelash extensions. I was told on the phone $110.00, and fills are $90.00 every 2 weeks I explained to the receptionist exactly what I wanted, the size of lash etc. She said no problem! When I there, Megan, said you don’t have lashes. I said “No I don’t “ I asked her if she had been told what I wanted she said yes. I showed her a picture and told her the size of lash. My eyelashes looked Horrible! Her response was that’s what you wanted! I even had her remove some! Then when I went to pay she told me $240.00! I said What? Her response was the receptionist told me the wrong price! I said I’m very unhappy with the lashes now you are telling me it is $240.00, not $110.00! Megan offered no apology, no discount, nothing! I let her know I would be contacting my credit card company about this. Megan’s Response was, I will just tell them “ I preformed a service!” I guess Megan has been through this before! My credit card backed up exactly what Megan said! A $130.00 lesson learned!

Great lash studio with VERY flexible hours! Molly was awesome, I LOVE my lashes and will be switching over from my other lash studio. Prices are VERY reasonable.
