Made an appointment for 1pm over my lunch break; finally got seated at 1:15, only to have one person start on me, then get up in the middle of my pedicure, to go and take care of another customer who had been waiting longer than I had. Had another person come to complete my pedicure, who didn’t even say hi or ask what kind of pedicure I was getting. Very unprofessional; no point in making an appointment. Won’t be back!

My mom called to see if we could get in last minute—they made room & time for us. Kevin did both of our pedicures & since I waited he gave me an upgrade (cucumber scrub). Also, he had strong hands so the leg massage was better than average 🤷‍♀️ Super friendly & flexible.

Love it here! Always impressed with the staff. Very thoughtful, kind, and some friendly banter between everyone there. I also never feel like I’m being talked about as is sometimes the experience at other nail salons. And (of course) my nails look fantastic!!
