Terrible customer service. After 15 years of my paying Verizon for both a cellphone and jetpack, Verizon's employees were unresponsive online and even when I physically drove to the store to resolve a couple of issues. So I quit Verizon and switched to TMobile. Ironically, TMobile gave me 5G coverage at a much lower rate. Plus yesterday, the TMobile 5G coverage was literally a life-saver for my 93-year-old mother who isn't mobile but needed her doctor's help. We were able to have a much-needed Telehealth conference on my new Motorola phone with the doctor with no problems. That was impossible with Verizon's spotty coverage in our area.

Was in the store today getting 3 phones for my business. Buying a new phone is a process so it always takes some time. The rep Jason B was awesome took all the time needed to walk us through the process, explained everything in detail and did all the data transfers for us. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.long time Verizon customer I’m very happy with the purchase.

Great customer service. I am not good with phones, Vanesa delt with my other carrier (a pain) and set up my new phone with Verizon while staying calm. There was no way I could have done this without her. I didn't have to do anything to my new phone, it was nice leaving there and having it completely done.

They sold me two iPhones with 5G plans for buy one get one free and I never got the promotion, because what they failed to tell me is that there was no 5g service in Eugene at the time and they weren't authorized to push the promotion. I've called Verizon several times to get it resolved but it has to come from the retailer which they refuse to do. I made an appointment for them to call me as I no longer live in Eugene and they never called. Verizon is not a bad company, but this retailer is full of crooks!

masked, spcially distanced. Was a wait. i left.
I found it's easier to go there in person then try to call them their phones don't seem to work at the business
Yes it is. The big store at Valley River is also corporate. The rest in the Eugene-Springfield area are 3rd party authorized retailers. Personally I'd stick with the corporate stores.
I have two 5gb prepaids through this store. That costs $35 each with auto-pay and decreases by $5 and $10 if you stay with them for several months. These guys and gals really worked hard to get my issues fixed!
Yes
Dial *86 and follow the prompts. It will say something similar to "to change personal greetings press". Its straight forward.
Either watch a YouTube video or contact apple. Those are your best options.
