The T-Mobile Store in Eugene. OR. on 7th and Washington is often busy for a reason. My experience there today was absolutely the best one I ever as an existing customer. A TRULY SUPERB EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! #CUSTOMER FOR LIFE It was 3 O Clock on a Monday so I expected the three or four Reps to be busy with customers, which they were. I was greeted and placed in a cue immediately for service and the wait was perfect enough for me to browse. If the wait were to be longer there are many shops close by and across the street to get refreshments. I walked out today with the perfect phone, wifi service that I strongly suggest you run not walk your way down there to get the deal I got. Let's just say it's better, cheaper, and you do not need more than 5 or 10 minutes to replace your outdated router. No Tech Appt., no contracts, a free month, and a 50 Dollar VISA GC for the same cost as my old phone plan? NOW THATS A ONE SPICY A MEAT BALL! Their customer service online is a huge improvement over THE SPRINT Service they acquired as well. I am so happy, thanks TMobile!

I have been with Sprint for many years!! We were Switched to T-Mobile when Sprint became T-Mobile.. Got got 4 new phones in November had a set price that was given to us that we agreed upon which included insurance on all phones. The 1st 3 bills were fine then all of a sudden my bill jumped up higher when I went into the store and asked why was pretty much told this is how it is!!! The girl who helped me looked like she could have careless As she was cleaning the desk while supposedly helping me!! I am very upset and will be looking for service somewhere else if I could give a 0 star I would!!!! I held up to my part of our agreement and T-Mobile did not. DON'T USE T-MOBILE!!!

Do yourself a favor. If you have T-Mobile/Sprint, use the gateway location. This store's employees are rude and condescending. Every time I've personally used this location (Maybe 5 or 6 times) it's been the same thing every single time. An employee who clearly doesn't want to be there. And a frustrated customer at the end of it.
