Employees are just trying to upsell like crazy. Sold us InstaProtek liquid screen protectors, bragged about how great the claim process was, and we bought into it. First of all, the liquid screen protector didn't even protect my phone from falling inches. The whole company is a scam; it's been months since I had my claim approved for repair and all InstaProtek keeps saying is, "Your check is clearing. Thank you for your patience!" My advice: Go to a different AT&T or avoid AT&T altogether. At least they were nice while scamming us! 🙄

Stopped supporting my 4g phone with no notice and then forced me to upgrade …. My phone was shut off with no notice. I spent hours trying to figure out what was happening. I was told att stopped supporting my phone- unihertz confirm there phones are being forced off system even tho they are 4g. Store refuses to have mgr call me or even tell me their name. I was forced to "upgrade " to a iPhone mini and charged fees. I am beyond angry-this was unprofessional and possibly illegal. I demand someone from senior management contact me with 3 business days. I expect a full refund of all charges and compensation for my stress and undo action of cutting off my service with no notice and strong arming me into buying a phone.

Chris was very kind to my son who came in to get his first phone. And a month later, Nate spent 90 minutes patiently helping me resolve an issue related to a shipping mix up. Ben showed me how to turn off a bunch of features I didn't need. Everyone is always so patient and helpful! That has not been my experience at very many cell phone stores; this one is definitely worth travelling out of your way to.

Nate is the best representative I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He stayed way past store close to make sure my phone number was properly ported over. He also helped me pick out the best device and accessories for me without pushing anything I didn’t need. I can not rave enough about him!!
