I always pay at the kiosk but it’s been broken for some time. So the kiosk and maintenance of, gets 1 ⭐️ ... The last 2 times I’ve been there, Chelsy C. has has taken my payment. She’s greeted me immediately with a pleasant attitude and we get through it quickly. I also need to report that when I switched to ATT in May of 2015, I believe, Matt (the manager) was there and has been a huge help to me ever since. I am not ashamed to admit that I was extremely technologically ignorant when I started with ATT. From the beginning, Matt has been patient, kind and helpful AND has taught me TONS! What I truly appreciate and remember from early on, was that I apologized for him ending up with me from the queue once and told him that “ he would be earning his money” that day. He was kind and told me that he didn’t mind helping me because most people my age come in, hand over their device and just want it fixed. But that I wanted to learn. Keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

This convienant little AT&T store is located on the corner of West 11th & Commerce St far out on the west side of Eugene. The most important detail about this location is that it's a corporately owned AT&T shop (#official!), meaning no shadey sales tactics that you'll find at those other reseller's shops. The staff here is incredibly polite and professional. You can really dig in and pick their brains about different devices and features. It's also very clean and well kept, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. All in all, this location and the other big AT&T across from Valley River Center have always delivered superb customer service and expertise!
