Worst lawyer you could hire. Sent me an email which I can document and prove to anyone, they decided their firm needed more money due to economics so they asked for an additional $1,500 retainer and tripled my hourly rate. They will change their prices the moment you sign a contract. Beware!!!!

My husband and I were planning to complete documents related to living wills, etc., and we contacted the office of Korshak & Associates. Right from the start, we were treated with professionalism and full dedication. (The total cost of services was reasonable as well.) Erin, Karina, and Stacey showed that they cared about our needs, and were extremely helpful in answering all our questions and providing orientation on all the corresponding documents. They always responded to our calls and emails very quickly. If anyone needs these types of legal services, I highly recommend them! They are excellent and very friendly. Kudos to them! :) Gisela

In Florida, the courts will require the parties to submit the documentation of all of their assets, including real estate, personal property, bank accounts, retirement accounts, investment accounts and more. Anything that can be considered property must be reviewed by the courts. A judge will then apply the equitable distribution principle and divide the assets fairly. Debts are also divided.
Yes. While it is not legally required to work with a lawyer while creating a will in Florida, it is certainly a good idea. There are many legal complications and potential pitfalls that could cause you problems down the road. An online do-it-yourself form is no substitute for the counsel of an experienced lawyer who can help you craft an effective will as part of a comprehensive estate plan.
In many cases, having new information or additional information on the case can increase the chances. Also, having a lawyer on your side who has handled appeals and is knowledgeable about the process can help you as well.
Yes, this firm is able to meet with you via video conferencing. Just call the office to get that set up.
