Bad experience with this company. They just don't do what they're supposed to do. I tried more than 3 times to get some services and after starting those cases the lawyers always contact me very away very confused and lost, with zero education asking me for the same information, asking me for more time and they just don't work. Specifically, in one case, I waited more than a month and when I went to charge for the service, I discovered that they did not work on it. I definitely do not recommend this company. WASTE MONEY AND TIME!

Atty Felicia Woods required documents so they were sent Tuesday. Verification receipt acknowledged this. Was told it could take max 3 business days for her to get back but that she would probably call me late Thursday today is Friday and even after 5 requests to call me never heard from her.

Conflicting information about a lease was given to me by two different attorneys and the one I spoke with last evening around 6:30pm got so flustered she became condescending and I called her out on her behavior. Ultimately, she became so agitated she hung up on me. I honestly think the one I spoke with last night was just too young and inexperienced to effectively manage complex issues. The first attorney I spoke with several weeks ago was very confident, cool, calm, and collected. Still, at the end of the day, their interpretations of a lease were different leaving me with unanswered questions.

The lousiest law firm I have ever encountered. The lawyers leave you hanging, with little or no response. They do not listen to your case, but rather cut you off and make their own assumptions about your case and what you should do. I had three cases with this incompetent law firm and they could not handle any of them. My first case was a divorce case and it was a very simple one. So the lady kept pushing the $5,000 retainer fee. They basically want a lot of money for moving around papers and documents, and could care less about your legal rights. Of course I declined when I saw their little con game right away. I ended up having to represent myself as a pro se litigant, and saved myself that huge retainer fee. The second case was a workers comp case and they did not even call me back when they were supposed to, then when I tried to call them back it was just impossible to get through to anyone live or the original lawyer that left a message. However, when I did get someone on the phone they just gave me the runaround all over again. The third case I just wanted representation from a civil law lawyer, and all I was able to get was a woman with an attitude, and again which would not listen to what I had to say but made her own assumptions and cute off before I was able to finish. Then asked me to send documents which I told her from the beginning were null and void at this point. So needless to say, after getting the runaround three times I dumped this law firm. They are hooked up with, Legal Shield, which is just another waste of money every month for $24.95 they start to add perks. If I want perks I'll go join Sam's club. Both services are a total waste of time and money. My recommendation would be to do the research on your own and save yourself a monthly fee of $24.95 or a huge retainer fee of $5,000. Between these two agencies it's more like they are legal crooks, more than anything else. They seriously deserve zero stars.
