I can not say enough good things about the Hill and Ponton crew. I applied for some veterans benefits, myself, and when that failed, I used a Veterans service officer, and when that failed at the advice of some Blue Water Navy members I went to Hill and Ponton. I can never imagine how hard this whole crew worked for me, gathering medical records, applying, and then reapplying again until they finally won for me. 5 stars is the best and highest review I can give, they deserve it.

Was their client for about a year they flat out lied to me and ran me around in circles for months and months. Refused to respond to emails and return calls and when I demanded answers they dropped me. Shelly said I had a good argument but apparently lawyers these days are lazy. If you feel like your lawyer is not doing everything they should don't hesitate to question them and if they drop you for it that means they never planned on fighting for you don't forget you can complain to the Florida bar lawyers have rules to follow they are not the boss like they think. Keep track of emails and conversations you have the right to protect yourself

Hill and Ponton, P.A, Orlando took my case and fought for me for over 2 years. In the end , my quality of life has improved immeasurably, and my family is much more stable now that I have been awarded my disability. I can't recommend them enough, every member I spoke to treated me with respect and consideration, despite numerous issues on my end. A big change from my treatment at the VA. Give them a call and see if they can help you! ! The VA was not in my corner until I got … See more

Hello Mr. Hewitt, first I just want to thank you for your service. I am sorry to hear that the VA has not been assisting after having participated in Atomic testing. To get disability benefits the VA must first recognize you have a service-connected disability. I suggest you give our office a call and speak to one of our Disability Coordinators at 386-257-2100.

David. Read this post that Attorney Matt Hill wrote several years ago about a veteran that he represented who was able to prove AO exposure @ Subic Bay Naval Station. He also discusses the difference between direct and presumptive exposure - https://www.hillandponton.com/direct-exposure-to-agent-orange-2/

My name is Alfred Rufca. I have a Notice of Disagreement filed for denial of renal cell carcinoma since 9/2015. The VA has invited me to submit to RAMP for a more rapid decision. Can you give me an opinion if I should submit using RAMP?

It is supposed to speed things up but we are reviewing on a case by case basis to determine if the program would be a benefit for our own clients. We can't give a definitive answer as it is very dependent on the facts of your case and the procedural history.
