Upon arriving at this store with a problem regarding my recent phone changes, Courtney greeted me with a can do attitude. She is a problem solver and was able to help solve all my issues and she found a way to save money on our monthly charges. She is a five star superstar.

My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones. Nate was the person working and he provided excellent customer service. My phone had to be shipped to me so I went back in on Wednesday and I was helped by Courtney. She provided excellent customer service as well helping me transfer all my stuff from my other phone to my new phone and activating it as well.

If it was possible to give zero stars that is what this rating would be. My interaction was with Courtney, for the life of me I do not know how she is a store manager. She made sure I knew she was the Manager too, told me multiple times. She talks way to fast to where you can not understand her. She also bold face lied to me to get her commission on selling me Direct Stream. Telling me I would not have an increase in my bill, that I would actually get a discount and it was free for 30 days and could cancel before then and keep my discount, was charged $80 that day for the month of Direct Stream. Also, she is rude, she kept taking my phone out of my hand and doing stuff on my phone. I never received a survey for that visit either so makes me wonder if she did something so I could not complain. If at all possible, avoid Courtney and this store and go to the one on Valley River Drive.
