I thought they were good until I bought a car there. They were not flexible with the price. They screwed up the DMV paperwork so I had to return 2 additional times to fix it. They screwed up the odometer reading on the paper work. Then after driving the car maybe 5 times the starter was throwing out high amps and blowing a fuse (which was probably happening before I bought it) and required the starter and this specialized fuse to be replaced. Another $675. Their response… sorry that’s your problem now. Be very aware of their tactics they list it a price that is more than fair market value and say “it was just marked down so we can’t go any lower” liars! Don’t shop here. If you do buy a car there double check they put the right odometer reading. Bill, Dean and Kraig are dumber than stones dont trust them!

I wish you could choose zero stars because I feel like giving them any stars is to much. Very disappointed that we've had a vehicle from FM jones & sons for less than 2 months, and it has a bad transmission come to find out after completing $500 in repairs plus a $220 payment, $200 insurance, and $1,500 down from our taxes. Ive been told that I have to eat all of it and except a repossession on our credit. I cannot express in words the hurt and dissapointment this has caused our family. Im sorry that the finance company works with these people. I do not wish anything good for their business. Responding to the owners post. I'm sorry that your bad judgement and mistakes in buying bad cars is going to affect my credit for the next 10yrs after having the vehicle for only a month. I'm also very sorry for your immature comment to my review. I promise to do everything in my power to spread word of mouth about F.M Jones and sons. Thanks.

This was a very quick and easy process. Anything I didn’t understand was explained to me. They gave me a very good deal on such a beautiful car. The finance manager was very helpful with getting me a loan that was approved almost instantly. The car was cleaned up and looked like new! Would very highly recommend doing business with FM Jones and Sons!
