I have been coming to Sheppard Volkswagen now for five years and have always received excellent service. Luis and Cassie are always very helpful as well as the driver for the shuttle service.

If you're going to buy a car I would highly recommend talking to and purchasing a car from Dominic! He actually listened to what I was saying and to what I was looking for and found me the perfect car (on the first try) and got it for me for the monthly payments I was looking for!! Thank you Dominic! I love my car... It's so fun to drive 😊

Went for a tire rotation was early hour job took 10:15 am appt did not get out til 1:30 pm. No explanation was given for long wait as I sat there entire time. Then I noticed a deep scratch on my passenger side that was March 25th . Took car back Brandon told me would contact me shortly still no contact to send my car to get scratch fixed. Plus man that had a 10am appt for an oil change was on time he did not get out till 1pm Came from We both said we definitely won’t be back again or send any friend there for services.

Spoke to Luis on the phone about a problem with my fob. Arriving later that day, Luis greeted me, remembered our conversation on the phone, took care of my issue quickly and at a *very* reasonable price. He also made me very comfortable while I waited, and, as I was on my way out, answered some very technical questions with both technical detail and personal experience.

Google says that ASR stands for Anti-Slip Regulator... I would guess it is a traction control button. But I have no real way of knowing without knowing what car you are talking about.
