Very helpful and I've had verizon for 20 plus years. Good service but very high prices. I think they would get more customers if they lowered their prices. Instead of making alot of money on a hundred people they could make big bucks on thousands. Good business and happier customers who will stay for the duration.

These guys got me hooked up in a half an hour, what the website and eight customer service reps couldn't do in 10 days. I think their telephone reps are McDonald's rejects, but the guys in the store actually know what they're doing

I had to make three return trips after purchasing my new iPhone. Spent almost $50 in gas and 5 hours of my time. I was sent home without everything I needed the first trip, and sold the wrong case twice. The best and only 5 star help I received was the gal checking people in the front of the store.
