I purchased a Samsung A51 phone from wireless source (AKA) Walmart the phone was 259.00 and it didn't work still don't work it want come on at all Never will I buy from again. And I see the phone back . And they sent it back to the same way .so that tells me they knew it didn't work 😕 so I give them a 😱

While Jackson and his team were all wonderful to work with, I am lowering my five star review to two stars due to all of the broken promises. If I was to switch from T-mobile to Verizon again, I would do so at an actual Verizon store instead of a Verizon franchise. The primary broken promises are the following: • I was going to get a free phone for my mom but, as I was not able to activate my account because my new phone hadn’t arrived to me in the mail (from Verizon), the sale ended and Verizon was unwilling to honor it. Maybe I could have received my phones on the same day if I purchased them from an actual Verizon store? • Verizon started charging me for two out of five lines on my plan on the 10th of the month, and I didn’t have access to my phones that were shipped until the 23rd of the month. While I did receive help with getting a credit, it took three weeks for the credit to process and I was charged $80/month on a prorated basis instead of $40/month as I hadn’t activated all the lines on my plan (due to the shipping issue with my phone). • While two devices on my new plan were supposed to be free, I had to pay for both devices for the first month as Verizon hadn’t processed the rebates on time. • When I submitted my request for the switch to Verizon rebate online as I was told to do (in order to get a gift card to pay off T-mobile), two lines were listed on the T-mobile invoice and Verizon only sent a gift card for one of the two lines. Again, while Jackson and his team are great, there is limited accountability for the product and deals they sell. While I asked for an inconvenience credit for the hours I have had to spend on the phone sorting things out for mistakes that were not my own, no credits beyond credits to compensate for Verizon’s billing errors were given.

He was so kind and helpful. He informed me of a great special. He explained everything. He’s kind and very professional. I’ve never gone anywhere except Verizon Wireless for my family’s phones. We’ve used this excellent store for all our phones 15+yrs.

JP went through all my options and set me up as a new customer in a very satisfying session. Soft-spoken, detailed, excellent customer service. The other staff there also really helping customers well, and working as a team as needed or desirable. Did require patience on both sides, as I was getting/ transferring both a phone and a tablet.

I don't work there but they sell everything there for any type of phone I can certainly tell you that and they've been around a long time great people the lever I helpful
