Went here when my modem randomly stopped working (outlet was fine and there was nothing wrong to the modem to my knowledge). I showed up at 1:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon at this location and I was helped right away and was given a new modem. I left at 1:45pm! New modem is working great.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Every employee we interacted with did not care about their customers or their business. **YOU MADE MY MOTHER CRY IN YOUR STORE INFRONT OF ALL OF YOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS.** Basically, we were promised help, and we were disrespected and lied to.

Employees were rude the second I walked in the door. Tried to direct me to the chat service that sent me to the store to begin with. Employees weren't even trained well enough to look up my account. Completely wasted my time. And when you're dying from a terminal brain tumor, time is kind of important.

Incredibly rude staff. I'd received a new box which didn't work, so I took it back in. I was told: - my issues weren't problems - they're not xfinity employees, they're 3rd party contractors - they don't have to help me - I was lucky they were helping me One employee even muttered something about me under their breath, which I heard and won't repeat. Drive the extra distance to the next store and avoid the trauma.

I believe it's maintenance right now
No idea about specific days, but I do know you don't need an appointment to get stuff done. For the most part there's no wait, just show up and they'll help you.
Not sure if this helps but we signed up online and just went and picked up the equipment. We didn't have anyone come out. It was really easy
