Jessica is amazing ! I needed a last minute fix for some new boots I hadn't worn because of the way my feet hurt in them. Jessica was able to provide me with quick foot / sole pads that took the pressure off my feet. I was able to walk in my shoes and be comfortable. Keyunna

They're two weeks out, but I dropped off my dress shoes to get new heels/soles put on them. The price was reasonable, and a free polish is included. I haven't received them back yet, but am looking forward to seeing how they look!

I emailed about 5 different shoe repairs in Portland and Jessica was the only one who took the time to respond to my questions. She was able to fix a broken zipper on a boot and even called to make sure I was ok with a type of zipper. My boots looks new! Excellent work and service all around. If you need a shoe repaired or altered this is the place to go!

Walked in Sat after lunch to get sole protectors on my lucchese boots. Jessica was awesome....she was just about closing the shop but stayed back and put on a nice set of protectors on my leather soles. This place was recommended to me by my boot makers and it stacked up to all 5 stars. Definitely coming back here again. Highly recommended.
