I had an issue with a camera stabilization sensor on my Samsung S20 and since it had a warranty still, I was referred to this place. To make my story short: I had to drive all the way from Boring to this place 4 time in order to get my phone fixed. 1st time, the gentleman gave me my phone back and I noticed a beautiful, fat fingerprint on the inside of the camera glass 👍Totally professionally done. And after I've showed it, they kindly asked to wait 1 more hour for them to clean it and go through the tests again. The second time I came back since the wide camera had some oil on(due to previous pro installation) And guess what, till this day my wide camera doesn't take clear shots, even after they've "replaced" it. Can't believe that these guys are "SAMSUNG CERTIFIED".

Just got referred to them as a preferred client of Samsung so that alone made me have trust in them and I walk in and immediately get A one service by a guy named Reese who walked me threw the entire process as well helped me get insurance on all my devices which I have over 15k in electronics now I'm only paying 25 dollars a month to cover if anything happens to any of my home devices they are now covered. If you happen to run into Reese just know you will get amazing service and they had my phone fixed exactly when they said they would. Great company great employee. Great job guys. 👏

Daughters phone would no longer charge. We thought we were going to have to pay for a new phone, but we were referred to them through Verizon and 1 hour later her phone was as good as new. Thank you so much Reece for your assistance! Great customer service and super fast service! Definitely recommend!

My phone needed it's charge port replaced under warranty. They replaced the port, and it worked well. Only problem is there was a large scratch across my expensive screen protector. The kid tried to act like he didn't know where it came from, but we both know it wasn't there when I dropped my phone off... He said it could have come from a metal jig they put the phone in to remove the back. I asked if there was anything covering the metal to protect the screen.. He said no. They offered to replace it with a cheap plastic one, but mine was $50 and glass. If they would have just simply owned up to the fact they scratched it, and taken care of the replacement shipping for a new protector under warranty, this would have been a good review. What happened to accountability, especially for businesses?
