It is a nice place. Very friendly on site manager and owner. Not a lot of campers so it was quiet. They are,still putting it together but I think it will be great when completed. Our only concern is that the RV spots might be to close together. They are also a little difficult to get into.

Great location to a beautiful beach. Seems like you can walk forever. The campsites are too tight and there's a prickly grass so no walking barefoot and you have to watch your dog's paws. The washroom could use an upgrade but there's plenty of water. You can walk to the back of the site and cross the big stream on a pull across boat, then a few minutes later you are on the beach. Or if you walk behind campsite 25, you can walk along a short road then to the left there is a bridge to get across the stream to get to the beach.

The owners and their son are wonderful people. It is no frills, if you call hearing the ocean, seeing stars and no blinding lights in your rig when trying to sleep...ok, no frills it is! What it really is, is, wonderful place to stay!!! Thanks to the Dunes R. V. Resort!!!

The folks that run the Dunes are awesome. I have been staying there, twice in our 5th wheel and 1 time in a room. It is quite and friendly. Not far from beach access and Ocean Shores. Dog friendly too. As far as I know there is no one living in RV's there any more and again when there was they were all nice. I guess it depends on how open you are willing to look outside the "Box". Last time I was there they were fixing up everything, and yes the park has been for sale, what does that got to do with staying there?
