Terrible hotel, rude staff, filthy rooms, lack of staff, awful rude manager. No cleaning throughout our stay despite telling us it would be done if requested. Better hotels available for the money. Got bit in our room loads, flee infested hotel from animals being allowed in all the rooms. This place is a joke of a hotel. Breakfast is poor, location too far away from beach, and transport to the beach front mostly full making it difficult to use. Anyway, that's my personal opinion. Really rude staff and filthy, you have been warned! By far the worst hotel i've stayed at, not deserving the Holiday Inn name at all.

Great experience all around. Miranda at the front desk was fantastic, very personable. Good breakfast, good coffee. Strong water pressure in the shower and Dove toiletries. There is a pool and a hot tub. Free shuttle to the beach on the hour. We had a problem with the safe and it was fixed pronto. Clean, well-maintained property. Highly recommend!

Positive: Clean pool, pool hour closing of 11pm is convenient, clean room. The best thing about this hotel chain is they are family friendly and will let you have your kids stay in the same room as long as there is a paid adult and you keep the room clean. Negative: When I called to get add'l towels, the front desk sounded irritated that I asked. Then the breakfast crew made it very clear that they close at 930 am by closing one side of the door while guests were within the timeframe and still getting food.Very rude.
