Do not stay at this place. My card was charged THREE times and all were for the wrong amount. Read entire review. Upon checking in I find my fire alarm in my room is beeping LOUDLY. I go to the front desk to see what can be done. It was late so no maintenance was available. The clerk, who was very nice, called her manager to see what to do. There were no other available rooms like the one I reserved, the manager offered to split up my party, take two rooms at twice the cost or remove the fire alarm ( saves lives) and I said absolutely not, the manager replied, you can check out if you want then. At that point it was 10pm and I was ready to get sleep. I had to take couch from the front lounge to stand on to reach the fire alarm to take it off the wall. I’m 6ft tall and I was on a couch on the tips of my feet to get this off the wall. After my stay, I received a online survey about my stay. I and answered it honestly and politely. I am back in town this upcoming week for work, again, I booked a stay here, again, as it’s 1.2 miles from where I have to be. Erin called me just now and revoked my reservation due to me leaving a negative review. What type of business does this?! My first name is Jack and my last name starts with the letter S. If the owner of this hotel are my review, please call me.

The rooms is comfortable, clean, good space... The breakfast was super good, different breads, orange juice , coffee apple juice ,cereal , eggs, machine for made your own waffle, sausage..... Very good impression about the food ... Always offer a breakfast but they are never Good... This hotel is highly recommend..there staff very nice.... Definitely I would back or recommend...

Lovely woman called me to tell me elevator was down and found me a room on first floor. Told her about to call and let them know I would be a late check in. All was great until I went to check in, apparently the guy after her gave my room away to someone else. I have a bad knee plus yes been drinking, that's why I wanted the room. He blamed it on her, which I know better, still have the message.
